The first Famagusta Walk (Tuesday, October 19) is fully booked. I've sent email with the program and a route map of walled Famagusta to all on the list for this first historical city walk of the season. The walk will be officially guided by a member of KITREB (Kıbris Türk Rehberler Birligi, Cyprus Turkish Tourist Guides Association).

Can you tell me whether you will have a Famagusta walk in November please? Ideally between 6 and 13 November as we have visitors staying, but we are there all November.

This week I hope to send all people on the Medieval Cyprus Fellowship (MCF) list a program for the next months. All walks in Kyrenia, Famagusta, Nicosia - and some surprise walks! - will be FREE of any charge (nothing possible to buy after the walks either). They will be "officially guided" by a friend of mine, a member of KITREB (Kıbris Türk Rehberler Birligi, Cyprus Turkish Tourist Guides Association), which is mandatory in TRNC.

If you are interested in free MCF information: send an email with "MCF list" in the subject field to Hans Doeleman: mcf.trnc@gmail.com

P.S. I'll answer some questions via email this evening.

Hi,

We are coming out to the island this Saturday to stay at our home in Buyukkonuk, could you please tell me if there is a walk 4 of us could join on Tuesday 2nd November or Tuesday 9th November and how I book, meeting time and where, and duration of walk?

Could you possibly write direct to angie.collings@virgin.net .

Sounds such a wonderful idea, long overdue!

Thank you so much

angie
