Send them a email from their contact page if no one can resolve it for you here. They have been extremely responsive and helpful when I have had the odd glitch. I think they only work Monday to Friday though so you probably won't hear back until tomorrow morning.

Hi the2ofus

This could be many issues:

If two or more VPN clients are installed on the computer, ensure only one is running to avoid conflicts. Check both for running applications and also for Windows services.

Firewalls and antivirus programs may be running that block access to the VPN ports. Temporarily disable these to troubleshoot.

Try other standard repairs and troubleshooting steps - reboot the client computer, delete and re-install the VPN client configuration settings, and find others who have working setups to compare for network configuration differences.

*I* would :

1/ reboot your PC and remake the connection to your ISP

2/ If you still get the prob - I'd delete and remake the connection to MPN

3/ If you have a anti-virus prog with a built-in in 'internet security' , this could be port blocking.. it is best to use the std windows firewall with a stand-alone a/virus prog.
