Can anyone tell me when the courts re open after their summer break

15th of September bugt exchange of pleadings begin a week in advance.

PS: the courts do not close during the summer recess. Criminal cases plus most applications continue during the break.

If you are thinking of sueing someone in TRNC the holidays may be different in 2011.

cannot beleive this is the third year my solicitor has chosen to take 3 months off in succesion , july Aug Sept plus other weeks , amazing , as anyone else got the same solicitor ?

I was asking on behalf of another owner on our site, who is taking our builder to court. Her solicitor had told her that she wouldn't get a hearing until September as the courts were closed in july and August

The solicitor taking our builder to court also told us courts 'close' for August!
