| Hello all, can you help, I have a good friend going to North Cyprus next month to buy a villa or have one built,
I have adviced him to stay clear from Mr Denktas, the builder linked to the Geoff Day case,
Does any one know the name of his building company, or what name he builds under.

| Don't know whether I should suggest the name of our builder, needs a good kick up the arse most of the time but does a good job, helps get your deeds PTP etc.
I would say get your PTP before getting a villa built. Easy enough, as long as you have a clean criminal record at Scotland Yard there's no trouble. |
