marmite is yeast extract. I had to get malt extract from England as nowhere to be found on the island.

You can get Ovlatine for your malt loaf I use it......... Ovaltine is a milky malt drink, and available in the south. So too is Horlicks also available in the south, but I do think you can get them both here in the north. Sue
