Would you consider a 3-bedroomed villa with shared pool which is always well-maintained? Villa is in a very good state or repair, well- furnished (should you require furniture) and a very convenient location. One owner since built (in 2003) and kocan in owner's name, all taxes paid. Private sale - no agents. Villa available from beginning of November.

I have a 4 bedroom villa, with a large private pool 10x5, set within its own one donum private garden. It is located in ozankoy in a very quiet area. The garden has lots of mature fruit trees and olive trees.

We have a 3 bedroom villa in Catalkoy very near to Pamperyourself off the main road. It has it's own pool and is in just over one donum of land with a mature garden. Lots of extras.
