Does anybody know what is going on with the power cuts in Catalkoy. Today is the third one in one week with the power being off for 5 hours today.

joandjelly, not meaning to be offensive but when asked about whether you put petrol in the car do you answer that the dishwasher is empty aswell.

It was a genuine question about the cause of some regular blackouts in Catalkoy, not whether the same thing happened at the other end of the island north coast and what you were doing at the time.

Ok maybe the first comment does sound a little offensive , sorry but I too would be interested in a possible cause but the fact that it happened in Karsiyaka is not really very helpful when you think about it.

If you were sorry proger1 you would have deleted the first comment. You are offensive but then a lot of your posts are and I really do not care what you think. It is a free world and I will comment as I see fit, in the same way that you always do.

You are right joandjelly about which part or even all of it is up to you.

As a final add on, were you annoyed about the comments offensive nature, how close it was to the truth or just about me personally or my particular favourite, was it because I raised it in public, lets face it, if I had sent you a personal message that said your comment was about as useful as a bull bar on a jumbo jet and it looked like you just wanted to add a comment to be part of the post, you would probably have agreed.

Not to worry, you won't have to put up with me for much longer, losing interest in C44 by the minute, not the characters on it, just the forum.

My apologies if I continually offend you, I will send myself to the sin bin.

Its only a power cut if its in the newspaper in advance

To suggest otherwise is a slander on the good name of theTRNC and that upstanding body of men who make up Kibtek.

They are saving power and making up for lost revenue from non-bill paying mainland financed holiday resorts / hotels and/or casinos!
