We own a 3 bedroom bungalow with own pool in Lapta and are looking to exchange for a large 2/3 bedroom apartment in Kyrenia/Alsancak or nearby surrounding areas (with communal pool) as we would like to live nearer the town centre area.

Any price difference must be paid in cash
