Hi, well we have just found you or at least our son has just told us about you. We are Dennis and Cynthia purchasing C42 and are Sheila and Phils neighbours in C41. I spent some time yesterday reading the messages you had all posted and found them all very interesting. We signed our Contract back in November and were given a completion date for the end of May this year with a 4 month over run period which should end at the end of September.



Our son and wife have also bought in Sweetwater Bay an apartment in 133 which block I believe has just been started.



I think that this being our first posting we are supposed to keep it short so we should just like to say Hi to all of you and particularly Sheila and Phil.

We were beginning to wonder who our other neighbours are. Welcome to the forums.

There are a couple of actual Sweetwater Bay threads on the forums with loads of information on.

Do you have a cpmpletion date yet?
