Hi All,

I need the new Email Address of Goktug, Yildirim, Hamilton.

I understand Terry Hamilton has now left the practice, so has anyone an email address for Goktug, Yildirim.

Hi PtePike,

Don't want to start alarm bells ringing just yet but it seems contracts can't be found. ( Don't want to use stronger words as yet.) And unable to contact by phone and Emails not replied to.

Will keep you posted.

Well done whom ever you are.

Looks as if the Solicitors have either lost my contract or missplaced it.

They are very reluctant to contact me or give out information.

Anyone know what will happen, if contracts can't be found?

Depends how far down the line things are. Has any money changed hands and do you have a paper record of what's been happening?

Did you never have a copy of your original contract? Has it been stamped?

70% payments made.

No original contract only draft and no idea if it has / had been stamped.

POA given before contract was signed.

Paper records as in bankpayments? Yes

Paper records as in payment to Advocate in full? Yes

Paper trail as in emails from Advocate? Yes, but very few after Draft Copy early 2007

Advocate didn't inform me of New Stamp Duty Law.

You can contact Seyhan directly on seyhan080880@yahoo.co.uk, if you have any doubts about your contract why don't you contact Terry on his new e-mail at terry@bhlex.com he has stated that all contracts are being looked after and monitored by GYH

Colliedog did you manage to get hold of them?

I am in the same position and have tried everything suggested above and am still not getting through. Has anyone else had any joy at contacting them?

Hi MissyM,

I got an email through using Message 19 email: seyhan080880@yahoo.co.uk,

Wheather you get a reply is another thing!!!!!!!

Forward an Email to Terry Hamilton email address terry@bhlex.com at least Terry will reply to you and go from there.

I have come to the conclusion that you just have to let things go with the flow.

I have even offered to pay the final payment for our apartment to the developer before completion they said they would forward the details, no email has arrived. So if you can't give your money away then I just don't know.

Regards

Colliedog

P.S I did say in the email I was coming out on a flight next week and request a date and time for a meeting. Email arrived then.

Thanks guys

I have emailed that address a couple of times now and have even been in contact with someone called Craig there via a different email address who said he would get Seyhan to call me - I'm still waiting!

Do any of you know about Permission to Purchase? Did you do this through the lawyers? I have recently found some info on the internet about it but don't really know what it's about.

MissyM,

Craig did follow it up for me and Seyhan did get back with an Email.

Our still waiting is today or tomorrow NC could be !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would have thought that PTP would have been applied for by your Lawyer at the time you went into a contract. (I might be wrong.)

There are plenty of threads on the forum for you to get an idea of it. Just do a little search there is plenty of info on it.

Thx Colliedog, Terry Hamilton has confirmed that all has been done. I'm considering changing lawyers - to one who answers emails and their phone!
