Did you not get the womans name who rang you or the village where she has taken the poor thing?

Was she a Brit or a Cypriot.

One thing for sure I think that if you put a notice in both English papers i.e Cyprus Today and the Star..... mention a reward.Even get the papers down to you to do a story if you can.

AND ALSO the same in the local Cypriot paper........... emphasising the Reward...... you may find that this may lead to her.

very similar puupy at british acadamey ex sunny lane on thursday but was on a lead with some cypriot people

looked very siilar to video and of course is in alsancak area

Dear friends,

Thank you very much. Actually I did a lot of work. I found the family of the lady who took my dog thinking it was a street dog to a village near Ercan airport. The family is making money on sausage dogs...they have many adult dogs over there and 7 new born puppies. That lady's father said that my dog stayed with them 1 night and the lady took her somewhere while the lady insists that the dog was lost again in that village. I asked every person I met on the street today morning and nobody had seen her. But I am sure if she was there she would try to find a person to stay with. She was afraid to be alone.

Then I offered that lady to buy my dog from her if she finds her. But the lady said that she wasn't after money and she could give me 1 puppy for free.

Next week I will also write about my dog in the newspapers with offering the reward.

Keep the faith, Im still hoping my Jack will come back to me. I saw a beauty by LA hotel which I thought it may have been yours , when was the video done as the one i saw was young but taller than yours , same colouring but was a lost soul. x

Something 'fishy' seems to be going on. It does seem that it was stolen, but with all the hard detective work you have put in, I think there is every chance of getting Dalma back. You have the support of a lot of dog lovers, and hopefully one of them will find her.



Watching the pictures, I can see why you must be heart broken.

Dear Lilli,

I am sorry to hear that your dog was lost too. I know how hard it is to accept the idea that your dog will not wake you up tomorrow morning and there is no need to rush home because your friend misses you like crazy :(

My dog knew her name very well and if someone says Dolma she will definitely react.



And LA hotel....what does it mean? Where is it?

The L.A. hotel is at the far end of Lapta on the left hand side! Will definitely call Dolma if I see any dog which fits your description.



Do not despair yet. It sounds as if she has been stolen rather than lost.

I personally don't belive that my dog was lost again in that village near Ercan. I asked everyone there and nobody had seen her. There is a chance that the dog is still in Girne and its area. I can't miss any information regarding the dogs look like Dolma.

I will continue to look for any dog that looks like Dolma, and will call to see if it is her. So far - nothing. But I won't give up until you find it.

Sometimes I feel that it is impossible to find her. If she is sold and lives in Lefkosa...but anyway, she was born April 10th so she will be 7 months old soon. And she will definitely react if she hears 'Dolma'.



You are wonderful people with very big hearts.

i HEARD THAT ANNALEB HAS GIVEN UP. Could someone prove her wrong. She believes the dog has been sold somewhere and is untraceable. Could I suggest that every dog you see fitting the descriptionof Dolma is called by her name. If she comes running, then Annaleb could be reunited with her dog. It just seems too unfair for words that a loved pet is stolen and a heart broken just because someone wants to make a couple of lira.

Sorry for my long silence...

You are right...I think I accepted the situation and I hardly believe that I will see my Dolma again. Maybe she got something bad away from my life with her. I heard many stories about pets dying from the same illness that their owners had and their owners recover quickly...like cancer and so on. Maybe something bad that was about to happen to me was swept away with Dolma's disappearance. At least this thought makes me feel a bit better. I love her and her bed,toys,towels will be waiting for her possible return. But it's been more than 3 weeks...I guess if someone who has her wanted to call me he/she would have done it long time ago. I just hope she loves her new place and the most important that she is LOVED!
