A good friend arrives here next week, having accepted a job in Nicosea.



One of his priorites, esp living in Girne is transportation. He's after a quality car/4x4 with cash waiting.

He's looking to spend upto 18k and is after a BMW/Merc saloon/cabr, coupe or 4x4, or a Landcruiser.

Why a 4x4? Generally they cost more to run/tax/maybe insure....

Guy wants a merc/bmw or landcruiser. What he doesn't realise is that wth the duty etc... its gonna be a much older model he ends up buying here then he would in London.

Car/ 4x4 has to be reliable as he'll be on the road a lot, and not just travelling to Nicosea every morn.

He wouldn't want the 4x4 to be older then 8 years...max and I have a feeling no ones landcr would meet that for the budget he has lol
