| I really need a 50 mm non return valve to replace the damadge one that the pool man detroyed trying to repair it I know that I can by one at pool shops But the thread on the new ones are different than the old ones (new are a finer thread) and the only way to fit a new one is to drain the pool and re do the pipework.Which if possible I dont really want to do.So help please if possible. |

| Vaughn doesnt say make but says pn16 and D 63 2" its grey in colour but I dont suppose that helps Fingers crossed |

| Well, that makes it a 63mm valve, not 50mm.
You should be able to close all the isolating valves and remove the check valve, without emptying the pool. Once you have the valve out you can punt it around a few places till you (hopefully) find the right one with the same thread. |
