Geoff has asked me to let those interested that today was his 63rd court appearance.



The next court date is 2nd December when the prosecutor and the defense submit their statements to the judge.

So on 2nd December Peyman will sum up the case followed by the prosecutor and then the judge will postpone the case either indefinitely or give a fixed date for the judgement.

Does that mean Peyman closed her defence today or is there another defence wittness for the last day?

So after 63 court appearances to date, on the 2nd December do we have some sort of judgement? or do these two pensioners have to continue with the fiasco that is TRNC Law!



Do they have to then wait after their 64th appearance on the 2nd December for some kind of judgement! how they have coped with 63 court appearances, and seemingly more to come God Only Knows!

Firstly I am a member of this board and I have the right to voice my opinion within the rules of the board the same as any other member. Secondly I do not care what you think about me but if some one takes a 'pop' at me then they should have the decency to do via e-mail. So lets keep this thread on track and I would suggest that if you have an issue with me then address it via e-mail.

What a farce. How can you trust in a government and a legal system which allows this to happen.



I am so sorry for them. Naturally, they are 'prisoners' here whilst all this is going on.
