I had a phone call from my bank in America asking me to ring them to arrange the delivery of my new debit card by private courier because my area was classed as risky. I did that and after some security checks I was given an approval number to use to activate the card when it arrives. Well, it did arrive in a few days by DHL but surprise surprise, it expired at the end of this month, same as my old card I had an amusing conversation with them on the phone all at their expense. They are going to ship me a new one today.
