One result of the country being signed up for UDHR under labour, if you voted labour, you effectively voted for this to happen.

Personally I blame Coachie though, labout through and through.

I am surprised someone in prison hasn't topped him. Even if he is on Rule 43 they are left alone or taken to the main prison and perhaps a warder or such could leave him to find a piece of lost paper!!!!!!!

I think the guys had a rough deal. I think we should send him and his family on an all expenses paid trip to Disneyland Florida.

I think that is what they are trying to do but the theme park in question is Guantánamo Bay and he might have to take a detour to Cuba to enjoy his stay.

What can I say! Isn't it just another case of British politics gone mad! The fliggin judges and prosecutors in UK are all mad and live in their own ladida world anyway! There is no justice in UK anymore. You get people spending half their lives in prisons for wrong convictions and you get the likes of Abu Hamza, a British hater and a clear public enemy making news headlines with such topics!

Come to think about it I think old Abu probably thinks he is living in Disneyland already. You couldn't make it up.

It's a very serious problem when the country gets taken over by powerful relativists (belief that all philosophical points or positions are equally valid) . Their ideology blinds them. When everyone is viewed as being benign, misunderstood or a helpless victim, they lose the ability to make very important distinctions between right and wrong, good and evil. It's very annoying, especially when they are trying to pull apart the British culture by making us dance to the tune of every minority group.

According to todays press. The court ruled that the 52 year old Muslim had been disowned by his native Egypt and has nowhere else to go. By withdrawing his British Nationality would be illegal and would render him

"Stateless"

He is believed to have cost the British taxpayer more than £3 million in legal bills, prison costs and state benefits for himself, his wife and 8 children.

As I stated in a previous thread "Britain is so generous"

On a similar theme of British generosity.

2 Muslim fanatics who chanted "Death to Britain" in a London court this week at the trial of a Muslim woman who received 15 years for stabbing a MP.

It has been revealed that one lives off state benefit and sends 2 of his 4 children to private school at a cost of £2000 each.

The other has 4 children ans is jobless and claims state benefits.

Magic!!

'Hamza is in Belmarsh Prison as he challenges attempts to extradite him to the US.'

I am sure that the US would be happy to take him regardless of whether he has a passport or not.

He could be employed by being repeatedly thrown overboard into the jaws of that plastic shark thingy they have in a Florida theme park.

It aways amazed me by the way he was allowed to hold so called prayers meetings on the streets of London. Anyone else would have been arrested for obstruction.

"I'm a celeb get me out of here" will be his next venture!

He is also upset at the intended Tory policy to cut housing benefit.

Quarmby;

"He is believed to have cost the British taxpayer more than £3 million in legal bills..."

And guess who had the major share of that 3 million! British solicitors, prosecutors and judges! So, making a mockery of the justice system is surely making some professionals very wealthy. If justice were to be applied correctly many solicitors and judges would probabgly be out of a job!

Received the following as an email. It has nothing to do with my views in any way.

"PEOPLE NEED TO TAKE A LESSON FROM THE SPANIARDS!

In Sevilla Spain , local people found a way to stop the construction of another mosque in their town. They buried a pig on the site, and made sure this would be known by the local press.

The Islamic rules forbid the erecting of a Mosque on "pig soiled ground." The Muslims had to cancel the project. This land was sold to them by government officials.

No protests were needed by the local people...and it worked!"

The email I posted above was sent to me by a friend in Oldham where there were big race riots a few years ago. For many years before the riots the non muslim community lived in fear of violence. My friends friend (who is my friend aswell) got boxed in in his car one day by a group of asian looking lads with baseball bats. He feared for his life so he reached for his gun and pointed it at them, they soon scarpered.

An old man with a walking stick was walking home one day and decided to take a short cut through an 'asian' housing estate. He got beat nearly to death.

I can understand anger within communities. The original immigrants from the 50's and 60's are very nice people and like to blend into British culture. It's the youngsters being influenced by people like Hamza that cause the trouble.

When I lived in the UK I had many asian friends, they respected my views and I respected theirs.

I respect all faiths apart from that daft one, Scientology.

Perhaps the authorities want to keep him in UK so that they can keep an eye on him and keep him under control.

Just a small point of law regarding the costs here.

The UDHR (which the UK ratified) Art.15(1) states that "Everyone has the right to a nationality" and (2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.

So, it beggars belief that the lawyers even attempted to take away his only passport, and therefore his nationality.

A first year law student could have told them this would fail.

So, the culpability for the costs lies purely with whoever said to go ahead with the case, which of course will ultimately be picked up the poor unfortunates paying UK taxes who fund the system.

message 22.

Mike. i must say ive walked many street in oldham and manchester all times of the day and night, drunk out of my head and sober, never once have i had a problem, there has been incidents of racial attacks in oldham and manchester,as in all other parts of the country, not just asians attacking whites, but also whites attacking asians, back in the late seventies and early 80s the asians got attacked alot in and around oldham, alot of those attacks where never reported,as it was always thought that the police where also racists, which they where!

As for your friend carrying a gun, there really is no need to carry a gun in oldham,if you carry 1 i feel you must use it! no use carrying a pen if you cant write with it !

I can remember when paki bashing was a pass time common in the UK,so i suppose some times in life the worm turns!!

We had the first "race killing" in scotland a few years ago. 4 Pakistanis killed a white youth. Now i dont beleive in hate cimes, race crimes etc a crime is a crime.

People/papers will try to distract from the fact it is a crime! full stop

if u are stabbed i doubt u will care which religon/colour ur attacker is from

zero, there are no go areas for whites in Oldham. (Talking about housing estates as a rule). You may not have been attacked walking around Manchester or Oldham, I never have either but it's probably because we have never wandered into such areas.

I used to live in North Cheshire, only about 5 minutes from Hyde, Tameside, Greater Manchester, where there is a large asian population. Because I like my curries and quite a few of the people from Hyde worked in Curry Houses in my village I got to become quite friendly with them. We would even exchange Christmas cards.

I was sat on the train once going through Hyde, it had stopped, down below quite a few of them were kicking a ball about in the street. They noticed me and started shouting and waving and smiling. I obviously smiled and waved back.

It just shows you that some can be very nice people and others can be extremist racist biggots.
