In the meantime, IF any GC is tuning in - suggest you use Turkey's local remedy - the IPC and for folks who bought on pre 74 Foreign / TR deeds and can't get 'PTP' - pop along to the relevant RoC Land Registry ....

Will you be doing the killing or expect others to do it on your behalf.

Pay the compensation ,the property was cheap enough,and stop this talk of killing people. Its what started the whole Cyprus problem in the first place.
