I have seen Prestige pressure cookers for sale in Lefkosa. I can't remember the name of the shop (which sells all Prestige stuff) but it is on the right between the 3rd and 4th set of lights heading from the main roundabout to Ercan. You have to do a U-turn at the 4th lights and head back keeping a good eye out.
