I know they have gone........does anyone know of someone that knows how to get working.....battery says full but unable to use batter power.......kucuk erenkoy area.

It was a crap system anyway and not a true UPS.

The batteries are charged whilst mains is available. When mains fails, a static inverter switches on and converts battery power to mains until the battery is flat.

Try switching off your mains at the KibTek box (simulating a mains outage) and see if it switches on.

The silent power system was very low tech using truck batteries,nasty.Power your Life use only deep cycle batteries which are designed for the purpose.

To the know alls !!

I have had silent power for over 2 years and never a problem similar to bilko however I am on personal terms with the then owner and also to this day and his termination was not his fault !

He is not a Turk cyp. but Turkish and that is where some of the trouble began- no more4 on thaqt but I will be seeing him on his return from Turkey this week end and will speak with him but I can tell you HE IS NOT opening up another shop anywhere mentioned above or anything to do with batteries ok and do not know where that info came from ?

I do know he made service calls after the shop closed you must have been one of the unlucky ones because he is a very honest and sincere man

I will repot back on this forum when I have spoken but I do not wish to read snidy comments please- this is an adult forum not for teenagers and for this reason I rarely read or write on it but this was brought to my attention.
