I'm totally disgusted in the cratos hotel. I asked a senior manager if they were going to show the boxing match on tv saturday night of the world heavy weight champion of the world David Hayes and was told quite bluntly NO. David Hayes is British/ Turkish Cypriot lives in the TRNC. He is the local Hero.People of British and Turkish Cypriot have been asking because they want to watch Him whilst sitting and having a drink in a good atmosphere. Cratos is supposed to be a 5* hotel but I'm very sorry but I thought a 5* hotel was supposed to be for the client but all I here and get from the cratos is NO NO NO NO. More like a 2* hotel to me. I Feel that if your British it's hard to get anything from them. I wanted a English Breakfast and was given 1 egg and then i had to get toast and tomatoes WRONG. when I went and complained they just shrugged there shoulders at me and walked away. I thought they were meant to be INTERNATIONAL CHIEFS HAHA even my Mash potatoe was lumpy.

I have to admit though I went over to the North Shields Pub and spoke to them and they were very helpful. Cannot fault the staff in North shields

If you want to complain email the cratos at info@cratospremium.com. Carnt believe they won't show the boxing math .management are so arrogant there won't be goig back there again.

Sorry but so angry at there attitude.

The place has to be empty showing a great nights turnover paying negligible tax and the monies are then cleansed. Think about all the the 'big star' cancellations, money paid upfront for a guaranteed 'no-show' and then the cash is legitimised OS for vast amounts of fictitious fees. These are the 'big boys' who are not so clever in their overt dealings, but no doubt have the Government on their payroll. The ROC cannot now condone what these people used to do there so have moved across the divide.

The cratos is not open for the Turkish Market, the hotel is open for one thing and one thing only, to cater for big player gamblers. Whether your pink, black or blue you get the same service, which in my experience was shockingly bad. They have no idea how to run a hotel, I stayed in five hotels in my stay this summer from the uk, malpas, colony, vonnie palace and the artemis and i can honest say the service at Cratos was by far the worst. There is no face to the hotel and thats the problem, the income the hotel generates is from the casino so the rest doesnt matter. Its very unfair to say its for the turkish market only, im turkish myself, you don't get special tratment because your turkish. Hardly anyone knows how to deliver good service thats why, whether your in england or the uk

shefget1 that's interesting, all the publicity really seems aimed at Turkish people and they are bringing in lots, however note what you say about the service, I have stayed at the Colony and whist it was ok it was not what I was expecting.

At least at the colony there is some organisation, the cratos was a joke, two examples of many:



They took my clothes to be ironed in the afternoon, needed them ready for 8pm that night, at 6.30 called reception, guess what, the ironing people had gone home and misplaced my garments. Worst thing is when checking out they wouldnt even refund the money id paid, even though i couldnt wear my items on the day i needed them.



The rooms unfinished, wires sticking out in bathroom, finishing of workmanship, poor, (This was a deluxe room, with two plasma tvs by the way and lounge.



The list could go on and on - I know its Cyprus so I don't expect it to be perfect but for double the premium of the other hotels, it was a joke.

and you forgot if you sit outside you can listen to the wonderful voice of ANASTACIA Live from the Next Door Neighbours and a perfect Armchair Seat of the Fireworks at Midnight just before The David Haye Fight and by the way for your 15tl you can Drink 3 Glasses of Wine not 1.

Full of very useful information, yet again, but you forgot to mention the name of the outlet adjacent to Cratos! Are you sure you're a tour guide, Blue Badge per chance? I doubt it!
