Someone enquired a short while ago about the whereabouts of health food shops in the South. Holland and Barrett are opening a branch 2 blocks up from and on the same side as Debenhams, Ledra Street . Passed it today and all the shelving is in place , looked ready to be stocked, perhaps more info on their website.

swy i do grow it, great for burns etc. Many years ago when i first got divorced and being so proud gave the ex everything rather than fight i got ill with ME, i had to work and i was recommended aloe Vera to drink, i paid more than that than i would for my fav wine Chablis. My god it worked wonders for me. i cant get it here but i swear by it. I took it liquid form every morning and evening, whilst working my socks off. Many years ago I visited my sister in australia , i ignored their warnings about the sun. Went swimming and kept the glasses one. WE got back for dinner and everyone laughed at me. i was a panda. They took me to the local chemist. He said please come with me out to the back, though i got lucky but realised i was on my honeymoon. Followed him ,he cut the plant and rubbed it on my face. To this day I'm so grateful to him, no wrinkles no scars. My plastic surgeon friend says who did your surgery I say Aloe x
