Paul. Surely that amount of water isn't enough.

1 cubic meter equals 1000 litres! 75,000,000,000.00 litres every year is more than a drop in the bucket.

1000 = 1 tonne. 8 X 4 X 1.5 swimming pool = 50 tonne (approx). Turkey going to pump 1.5 million swimming pools worth a year - will it lower the cost of water?

More to the point - what size of spanner will the Muktars man need to carry across the footplate of his scooter to turn this lot off??????

Only a fool tests the depth of the water with both feet.

I thought that during the 40 years this was being discussed it was always agreed that other than a few gallons the water was for agriculture. If it takes 4 years to turn on the tap the demand by that time will be much the greater. Could be water, water everywhere, and not a drop fo privater swimming pools without rip off cost.
