Vampire reporters.

Is there any such thing as a vampire reporter?



Perhaps a brief description will help.



They are full time reporters in the day. They come out about midnight (the witching hour)

They search the worldwide web for innocent, well meaning, citizens. Fuelled by drink, they sink their fangs into the necks of innocent victims, and seek to suck them dry of...........Bonhomie,humour, caring, sharing, fun loving, and otherwise being just good eggs!



They try to impose their humourless and hypercritical views, on all fun loving board members.



Are they frustrated "Editors in Chief" who have never achieved their ambitions?



Is there a cure, once infected?................... Honesty, Integrity, Good faith and humour.



Contact the moderators of the boards that they infect, and insist that the rules of the forum

are imposed. in order to protect well meaning members, THAT DO COMPLY WITH THE BOARDS RULES.



Beware the witching hour.(when the pubs turn out)

I have been subjected to a wholly unwarranted attack , from PVT Pike, and whilst initially I turned the other cheek, under sustained attack, I took my legitimate right to defend myself.

As it is the weekend and you may want something a little different from the efes, I found this, a cocktail called the Journalist



25ml gin 1tbs lemon juice

1tsp sweet white vermouth 1 and half tbs Triple sec

1tsp dry vermouth (white) few drops of Angostura bitters



Shake everything together in a shaker over ice and strain into a martini glass.
