When are the westerly sea breezes going to pick up and save us from this humid hell. When will our island be restored to the paradise of dreams that we know so well. Where we can relax and read about the ever decreasing prices, rogue builders being brought to justice and rogue justice being brought to account.

DREAM ON.

Have I missed anything?

Yeah, you missed oil and gas = slippery and smelly.

Can this be cured.

Maybe they could try cloud seeding to get it to rain and reduce the humidity a bit and help with the water problem.

As for the rest good luck.

Lionheart maybe we could do it ourselves.

They showed on the news before the olympics the Chinese had loaded antiaircarft guns with special shells (I think silver nitrate but could be wrong) to make it rain to reduce pollution. The Russian also do it before the May day parade.

Maybe we could have a whip round and buy an ex soviet antiarcraft gun or light aeroplane, we could probably bring it in on that ferry from Syria.

You should have numbered the choices, vote for prefered option and give hundreds of pounds to a TV company!!!!!!!!!!

My choice, reduce the humid conditions, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!! Rogue builders will eventually die!!

msg 2, if you lived here you would understand the reason for the post. I can normally put up with temps in the 40's but this humidity is unbearable.

If the present generation doesn't want to settle or receive compensation the next genration will probably want to.

After all youth isn't know for its patience and who wouldn't prefer real money now to the slim chance of getting land back in 20 -30 years plus.

I wonder how many GC wish they had settled this in the late 1970's and since when they had the chance.
