Hans, I would like to point out that Wassenaar, Den Haag, have both an Aldi and a Hema along with a C1000 and an Albert Heijn.



By the way, Hema do very nice hotdogs to either have fresh to eat as you walk around the store or ready packed to take home from their food section.



(For people not in the know, Wassenaar is a very rich little village where a lot of politicians and diplomats live and the Crown Prince was given a mansion as a wedding present by the local council)

=> How right you are! The best in the country! You call them hotdogs, but they are thicker than hotdogs and are called in Dutch: "rookworst" ("smoked sausage"). Never mind, we definitely agree on the taste of this delicacy (and not only for the working class... )
