So here was a police officer, on the inside of this covert operation, saying that there was going to be a war and that the expected mass protests were going to be dealt with by the police and the military while the normal police work was going to be done by traffic wardens, private security guards, CCTV operatives and so on.



'Andy', the traffic warden, contacted me in March to tell me the story, but his conversation with the police officer happened some months earlier. So this 'war' and the preparations to meet the public response have been in the planning a long time.



A few days after I received Andy's letter and saw the new authorisation cards he was talking about, the government announced that traffic wardens were going to be renamed 'civil enforcement officers' and their powers increased and expanded to include some of the tasks normally done by the police.



Now, this week, the UK government has revealed plans to 'accredit' a whole list of 'civilians' to do police work and these include ... security guards, council officials, car park attendants, store detectives, park wardens, even stewards at sporting events.



This is exactly what the police officer described to Andy the best part of a year ago. Everything he said would happen has happened or is happening - except for 'the war' he said it was all leading to.

If you believe in such things then just Google in the year 2012 and there are hundreds if not thousands of links describing the events leading up to the worlds end!!



I have to say I am more than sceptical but some of the predictions leading upto 2012 made more than 5 years ago regarding a global financial meltdown, the return of the cold war, unusual weather patterns, increased UFO sightings etc etc ....all very SPOOKY

I was driving down Green Street in Ryde last Wednesday evening and I saw David Icke walking along. He's aged somewhat, still favours the shell suit image and was sporting a tan. Knowing the weather's been crap in the UK, I wondered if he'd been abroad. North Cyprus?

Wonderful lunch. As I ladled the mint sauce onto my lunch, I thought,there's a new name for Pikey to post under....."mint sauce" because every time he posts negatavely, with his offensive and personal remarks, some one posts in response, and he gets slaughtered, just like a lamb!

But there is still the PROBLEM of D&C. (otherwise known as little "F') Quiet of late, but no wonder, the drubbing he got from other respectable board members. Now if he realised

his arrogance, and pernicious comments, are grossly offensive, and used his considerable knowledge to enhance debates, he may find that he would command more respect, from other board members.



From analysis of other members postings, it does seem apparrent that what members seek, is to be informed, learn, enjoy rational debate, support each other, enjoy bon homie, jokes.

and at times a little gentle humour, with maybe a touch of innoffensive ridicule.



If any members disagree it is a public forum. Feel free. I personally would like to see this board thrive, for the 2500 members that do enjoy its humour, and for the Irish, a little gentle craic.
