Last Sunday around Bahceli it was like the Alamo, drove over the mountains out to Iskele and only thing missing was John Wayne and a Davy Crockett hat. They were shooting right beside the road and before sun up, Crazy. Mike.

Hunting is allowed on Sundays and Wednesdays during the season. As yesterday was Bayram a derogation was granted to allow hunting today. It's their country so if they are stupid enough to spend all day twice a week killing sparrows.....Well they are entitled!

Good wild boar shooting in Selcuk (hills behind Sirince), Ephesus, near Izmir. Very little money for a day/night shoot. Email me off board for further information and who to contact, all above board and legal through the local shooting club. Richard

Msg 10 ?? Im having trouble understanding your message. Msg 11, Thank you, I was not aware that Wednesdays were allowed (by law) for so called hunting. I dont live in town and do walk my dog round the mountain trails most days. Also I dont have a problem with the locals playing Rambo, each to their own. (people should see what I see every Sunday) Its a joke. Thats why I dont go out with my dog on Sundays.

Msg 12. It's a good job for you it's not wild Bore The Boar hunters near Istanbul are Muslims but have no problem eating the resulting pig meat. It's all to do with how you interpret the Koran.

Yeniflop On form again acknowledged by your reading skills. Take a look at a map of Turkey and you'll see Izmir is nowhere near Istanbul. Best not go on a shoot as your visual skills are in question! And yes, the Muslim gun club do eat the shot pig in the mountains, especially when awaiting the return of their new, highly valued hunting dogs from their first outing. Richard

Dick, my two sentences are not linked (like your 2 brain cells). The first sentence is a comment and the second is a fact. Where does Izmir come into it?
