I have been asked to inform people that the Property Complaints office are Investigating complaints numbered 1 -25 these could be affecting

1 house on its own, 5 on a site or 29 on a development.



Please please be patient they are dealing with them and will be in touch very soon.



If your complaint number is 25+ once the first 25 have been dealt with the Property Complaints office will then be in touch with you.



If people could be patient and not send multiple requests for an update that would help them a lot.
