Dear Eager, There is a pool on site, it is emptied at the moment but will be filled again for April. The site is well maintained by owners on the site and the maintenance each month is £35. The apartment measuers 95m2 covered area but has large terraces which have been covered over. The apartment has its own private garden with stone wall and railings around. I live on the site as does my mother who has her deeds. Viewings can be arranged and I will try to get some photos. It will be hard better to view as the contents will be sold seperately at this price and I do not wish to confuse people! It is an absolute bargain, they were 45k off plan 6 years ago!!!
