Went by them on friday and the front and second rows are ready....well almost !! I was going to buy there for completion LAST May !!! Glad i didn't . I must say they do look nice and the site will look very nice .......when finished ...

Madturk.......didn't look that far mate but if i remember , the pool was going to be behind the front two rows so you cannot see it from the road . However the front of the complex is looking very nice . They have paved a very big area in front of the main road which will look great when it is finished .

Sinan has never finished anything he has started.A little bit here and a little bit there just enough to build up hopes then stops again.Anyone of a nervous disposition should keep clear of any sevilla sites.

Why should Queeney be careful what he says, he is only telling the truth. We almost bought on the original site in 2006, so glad we didn't. The site we eventually bought on has had it's problems but it did come with water, electric and roads.

Madturk, no the communal pool is not built yet, sorry dont know when it will be done, there are a few of us now who have occupency of the villas, like Gooligan said there is only us on site at the moment, but there are a few staying on holiday in theirs this week.

Bit of poetic justice here for madturk.He had plenty to say about the purchasers of the Tatlisu site who dared to complain about the years of delay. It looks as though the hens have come home to roost and the long delays for him starts now. It could not happen to a better person as he needs to experience an injustice before he comments on other peoples misfortune.

its a bit frustrating waiting for your holiday home to be built , so far skodee only minor problems .

as for an injustice ! its only an in justice if you let it get to you .

dont forget to check your oil in your skoda.

1 . there are no re mortgages on any of is sites

2.i do not know of anybody who have not got their villas.

3. do not know of anybody who have lost their lives savings

4. if he wanted to ,he could of stopped people moving into the tatlisu site. never did.

the reason why i back him up is because i have got a block of apartments being built in esentepe , i know they are late in completion, but while IDIOTS like you with nothing better to than to slag him off. it casts a

dark cloud over the site and only negative views come out.

so skodee go and find another builder to slag off

I will post comments about anyone who has received all the money for a product and does not finish the job whether

it be a house or a wooden hut. Nobody should treat people like this and as far as I am concerned they should be slagged by everone until such a time that they deliver the goods.If the law operated properly he should be sued at least 30 times for the total amount to finish the site. Completion in 2008 now 2010 and you think eveyone should be happy, take a powder and come to your senses.

Your missing the point derh . We are still getting our villas unlike a lot of other poor people who bought from other builders who have gone bust or have remortgaged .

Seville are still trading ,are trying to ride out today's climate.(that's the recession, not the weather skodee )

So take your opinions elsewhere and let the people on this site deal with it .

I can understand why you are concerned. 6 months over due may be "reasonable" but 2 years and it stinks of unprofessional behaviour and is bound to make you wonder, what is going on?



The added worry is that the longer you wait the more chance there is of the builder, particularly in today's market, running into financial difficulty and you ending up with memorandums. See today's Cyprus today and the Boyut thread. These are becoming much too common problems



Keep the pressure up and completely ignore those who live in the happy clappy world and do not take control of such a bad situation. If you don't stand up for your rights, who else will?



If nothing else, it may improve communication and help set dead lines.

Measey, I am interested in Sevilla because my sister and brother in law have paid all their money for a villa and it still not complete. The credit crunch is a red herring as they have been paid but looks like the money has been used on another project. I speak up for them as they feel afraid to comment so I transfer their feelings.

Mad Turk I will attend your pool party if I live long enough and the S will definitely be missing as if I live I will be old enough to be incontinent

Yes measey they know that but it was paid into an account to be used when outstanding work is complete but very slow. they wont allow me to name their solicitor. they say they are all in it together with no protection from the courts and could be costly.

what has the cost to do with it. Sevilla got what they asked for they set the price. my sister feels the solictor is trying their best to have them completed it is Sinan who is dragging his feet. If Sevilla sold them too cheaply it does not instill confidence as they must be very bad at business. The stena lift wont work without a reliable electricity supply.

Perhaps the blame should be put where it belongs with builders that are greedy and start other projects before meeting their contractual obligations on the site they have started? Why are you arguing amongst yourselves surely you are the victims?



Not good business sense to conduct yourselves in this way Seville, Tatlisue is 3 years overdue and the Golf apartments are in a similar situation. Respect and good reputation is earned and you are obviously failing to meet peoples contractual expectations.



Get your act together Seville if you want to be known as a credible developer in the TRNC otherwise you will fast lose your credibility. Recommendation will sell, but looking at all previous posts, you are very much in danger of losing this. Finish what you promised. Simple.

Skoda I feel very sorry for the people who bought on the Tatlisu site. I made a point of visiting Tatlisu



Villas to see for myself. I was talking with some of the residents who told me they are still on builders electric.



The roads are not finished and there is no water supply. The completion date was two year ago.



Promises have not been kept.



Its such a shame because if the site was completed it would be a credit to Sevilla.

It will be a lovely site if it is completed. i dont see how you could read anything positive or negative into that statement. In some peoples mind maybe nearly 3 years overdue seems like never. What was also said that when they commence something they build up hopes and then stop halfway through a job. I hope everyone who has presently purchased good luck and hope things are completed soon.
