| Just tried to go fetch bottle of water, but car would not move it appears the drivers side rear wheel will not turn, could be handbrake is stuck. Will have a look in morning, once I get wheel of what do I then need to do? |

| Can you give make and model?
Could be that the brake caliper is stuck, try rocking the car backwards and forwards. |

| Hit the offending brake from the rear of the drum with a hammer this usually does the trick.To stop this happening if you are going to leave the car for a few days leave it in gear handbrake off. |

| It is a Rav 4, working fine always, ok this morning but car did go through muddy puddle this morning, not very deep about 4 inches, car came home no problem, 8 hours later wheel stuck. |

| The hammer will clear it the caliper is stuck or put it in gear go forwards then bacwards.I own a used car dealers and what you have described is very common. |

| If the car has disc brakes all round and not drum rear be careful what you hit with a hammer ! |

| Hi,
tried all suggestions still not fixed had to get local garage guy from bachelli tyre garage to come and fix it sorted in 30mins. Now mobile again! |
