He does not need to be caught, the authorities here know where he is but due to the cheques they regualrly receive from him it would be difficult for them to hand him over to authorities outside of TRNC.
Before you try to do him for "building on illegal land" there are several hundred who just want to "do him" for selling useless properties. |
