I am thinking buying a villa from Boray in Aslanjak what do you think of them ?

I am worried they splat concrete on the base and demand 40%

in todays market should I buy ready built?

How secure are they or for that any speculative builder in TRNC at this dire time?

Would you part with your money off plan?

Havn't heard bad review of Borey, but much less risk in buying completed villa, plenty of choice available, your call.

Def by resale , you know exactly what you will get , was a good time to barter , but i think things sales are on the up , selling well where we are any way .

It's a risk buying any property in NC. To add to that risk by buying off plan after all that has been said on this (and other forums) is foolhardy IMHO.

Buy resale.



There is no need to buy off plan and certainly not with 40% at level you state. The number of resales available should lead you to something appropriate.

I too have brought alot of properties in NC,



and have always paid on a simular payment plan of your i.e 40% and so on



am luckey enough not have had any problems, if you use a good agent and a good developer as Boray are very reputable out here then I see no reason for you to worry.



Just use your agents and lawyers advice
