I apologise if this has been posted before. I've just been catching up with old Cyprus Today newspapers and spotted this.

"Government Offices will be closing early at 3.30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays (offices open at 8am) according to the new 'winter' timetable.

On Thursdays offices will be open from 8am to 1pm and open again from 2pm until 6pm.

However, on Thursdays in January and February only offices will close at the earlier time of 5pm.

The new hours come into effect on December 1."

Is that in the British Republic of Girne? Or TRNC wide?

As the article doesn't state otherwise, I assume, it's TRNC wide.

These are going to be permanent hours not just winter, they are going to go with a single yearly timetable now.
