A big 'THANK YOU' from DJ MAX and myself, to all those who turned up for the Tamla Motown - Soul and Pop Disco night in aid of the '112' Emergency Services charity fund last night at the Sempati hotel in Lapta. Approximately 120 people had a great night dancing and rocking the night away to some of the best music around. Max and myself just couldn't believe the numbers that were up and dancing, both inside and outside of the party room.



A big 'THANK YOU' also goes out to the organisers, especially Jenny and my wife Pam, who did a lot of work on the night, arranging people their seats and selling the raffle tickets.



A grand total of 1290 lira was raised, so an even bigger 'THANK YOU' goes out to all those who dug deep into their pockets to make the night an even bigger success.

Well done you guys! I had a ticket but unfortunately could not make it... my loss. Glad it was a success.

And of course the biggest thank you must go to Max and Mike (and Pam) who gave their services free and made it a great night for everyone. Rest assured that all monies raised will go to assist the hospital and emergency services for the benefit of everyone in the TRNC. Thanks again guys!

We had a great evening dancing and for such a good cause. Well done guys and gals, we shall look forward to the next event - how about the Altinkaya for being a bit more central for everyone ?
