Can someone tell me what is the official period of annual leave with pay in TRNC????

I'm a foreigner and work here officially. My employer told me that it is only 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!! In my country it is minimum 24 days for full-day workers.

So, what is true?

Leagally it is 14 days. This does not have increase with the amount of years you work for your employee.

Remember you have a lot more 'bank hols' here than back in the uk so officially you could be better off!!!

2 weeks annual leave is the official number of weeks. Some companies give staff more. Some companies will let you take unpaid leave.Ask the company you work for if unpaid leave is possible

You can take more leave if required but with NO pay. Be realistic who is going to pay you for not working!!!

Even if it were Mal (and The ECHR believes it is as it holds Turkey responsible) It is not the responsibilities of employers to pay for it or do people think differently?
