A friend of mine has 58 donums of land for sale near Famagusta, Only 3 mile from sandy beaches, each donum has 50 % build entitlement.

Exchange Land, Shared title deeds, He will take £3,000 per donum, Yes that is £3,000 per donum.

It is flat prime building land.

Does it have planning permission (I note the 50% build remark) ? Is there access? Any water, electric, drainage connections nearby?

Is he willing to wait for payment until I get unencumbered Deeds as I have to wait for the PTP to be granted. You can trust me!

What do you actually mean by shared Title Deeds?

The telling sentence is this:

"Exchange Land, Shared title deeds, He will take £3,000 per donum, Yes that is £3,000 per donum."

Shared title deeds says it all. He has a share in it and does not own it wholly. The most important question should be what percentage share does he have? Is it more or less than 50%? Maybe its only 1%

i think I know this land, and the Brit who is now selling it bought it about 7 years ago and cannot do anything with it. He tried to get me and a few others interested in 2008 and I was advised from a very good source not to touch with a Bargepole.

Will not say the guys name but he bought lots of land and was going to be a major player in construction and cannot do anything with this land.

If by coincidence this is not the same land I apologise but lets be frank haow many people buy that amount of land.

No not so ,Shared title deeds because at £3,000 per donum he is not prepared to Parcelise, that would eat into is profit margin.

I will get more facts,

Let me just add, that not everyone is crooked, This gentleman builds houses, completed, with electric and water, and finishes to a very high standard.

Also helps and guides people through the legal side, and gives a proper gurantee.

Most of us living here are not negative, yes we have all had our problems, But we have a fantastic life, with very good weather.

We enjoy a very good standard of life, on fairly low outgoings.

If he won't parcelise then who will. What good is land if it has not been parcelised for building, as you would never get deeds in your name, you would have 1/58th of a share, similar to apartments that own 1/6th of the block but not the communal land.

Is the owner of this land interseted in exchanging this land for some land of similar size my cousins in the south have stolen from me and are holding it without paying rent till they feel I am responsible enough to be able to take care of it.

I only have one simple message for them in the south of the border, so long as you hold a single scrap of TC land in the south without the owners consent, you have no grounds to complain my little brainless cousins.

Message 11, you are wrong. He owns it and he as the Kocan, Shared title deeds mean, it will be shared between approx 14 projects, due to cost of parcelising each one, Also you have stated a firm comment without knowing the fact's.

Message 12, it is not being sold by a Brit.

It is 100 mts from Rd. and it is not landlocked.

Too good to be true. Why would anyone sell the land at this price when the going price is so much higher?
