'ASYLUM'

A few years ago, 140 members of a Taliban family from Afghanistan were flown Goat Class from Kabul to our international gateway at Stansted where local law enforcement officers were on hand to fast-track them to their luxury

£200-a-night rooms in the fabulous four star Hilton Hotel.

They joined tens of thousands of other lucky winners already staying in hotels all over Britain ....

Our most popular destinations also include the White Cliffs of Dover and the world famous Toddington Services area, in Historic Bedfordshire.

If you still don't understand the rules, don't forget, there's no need to phone a friend or ask the audience

Just apply for legal aid.

Hundreds of lawyers, social workers and counsellors are waiting to help - FREE

It won't cost you a penny..

It could change your life forever.

So play today.

This looks like a fun game, perhaps we could fit a session in every Tuesday afternoon.

Sounds great Top Ten. Do you reckon that if I changed my name and brought a machine gun and may be bombed a railway staions I could get the Incapacity benefit that I am medically entitled to, but cannot get because I told the truth about living here,

Even though I have paid hundreds of thousands of pound tax in the UK and we are still doing so.

Or do you think it would be better if I moved to Poland and claimed for a family over there?

apc2010,

It may be cynical but it is absolutely true and is one of the reasons why we are leaving the UK and moving to the TRNC. JohhnyLee is right, why should he not get the benefits he is entitled to and why should people who are retired and who move abroad be denied NHS treatment if they are out of the country for more than 3 months? We have paid all our lives into thefund but all these Asylum seekers can get treatment on the NHS without ever paying a penny piece. There is something sadly wrong with a system that allows this.

TopTen, have you ever been an assylum seeker, your life threatened and moved to a foreign land where you are not allowed to work legally? Have you ever worked for 50p per hour when everybody else gets £7.50 minimum.

Get a life and stop picking on the most vulnarable and opppressed people on earth. If the Afghani and Iraqi people have left their homes it is because the west has destroyed their livelyhood. The same for everywhere else. If people move away from their homeland, you can be sure some western interst is influencing politics in their country and sucking the resources of that country to the benefit of the west.

So stop it and leave them alone.

There may be a little truth in your sentiments, but if you claim the 'west' has caused this effect, why do asylum seekers not enjoy the comforts of France, Italy, Germany, Australia, Canada etc?

Simply the UK doesn't manage it's immigration policy effectively and the bad immigrants are granted the same benefits as the genuine asylum seekers.

To me this is offensive and stupid, yes it does happen and it happens in many other countries too, this just makes things worse.

Msg 13

It may actually be to do with the fact that most assylum seekers can speak a little english where as very few if any can speak German. The French are awfull to their own unemployed nevermind the assylum seekers, how ever in Germany all they have to say at the border is "I am assylum seeker" and they would be allowed in. But it has to be in German. Get it?

I have nothing against genuine asylum seekers, my grouse is with the fake asylum seekers which seem to outnumber the genuine ones. And what are they called that preach hatred and stand without fear on British streets and besmirch something that our fathers and grandfathers died for ie burning of the poppy on remeberance day and calling for the deaths of our soldiers, who are probably fighting the regimes that make refugees and asylum seekers, so if you are one of these so called human rights people, perhaps you should turn your attention to the people who treat with hatred and abuse in thier country of birth. And as the saying goes truth hurts
