Copied from a website for my own info, I was suprised to find myself in the under 30 category. (38 and looking a bit wrinkly in my opinion)





Take this test and see how your skin rates as compared with the age group listed. Test to see if your skin is functionally younger or older than your biological age. For this test – pinch the skin on the back of your hand with the thumb and forefinger and hold it for five seconds. Let go and time how long it takes for the skin to flatten back out. The shorter the time, the younger the functional age of the skin is. Compare you results to the table chart below.

On the website it did say other things come into play such as ethnicity and diet, sun exposure etc.

I think for men you are meant to pinch your foreskin and if you can hold it for more than thirty seconds without needing to pee... you are still alive!



For ladies it's the nipple... if you can do it with your hand still above waist height you are under fifty!

Hold the skin for the 5 seconds, then count in seconds how long it takes to go back!
