the no you are trying doesn,t have enough numbers

if it goes blank or off after pressing for english re dial and stay on the turkish line until you are connected

then ask for english

good luck

you will need it

use the (freephone ?) number 444-7777. Ignore any English options. They're normally OK with English. Used them this week.

rang them monday on 0392 4447777 - do not press 9 for english just wait untilyou are answered. They arrived Tuesday morning and mended my cooker within 20 mins fantastic service
