Do you have problems with your drains? Do you want to be able to flush lavatory paper and be free of blocked drains.

In just a few hours at surprisingly little cost we can reform your drains to take lavatory paper and avoid those frequent blockages. We can also eliminate smells by installing proper traps and u-bends, fitting or extending stink pipes and sealing and making good badly fitting waste pipes.

We guarantee no smells! Call us for a free 15 minute inspection.

If you lift the small lid covers on your drains and see where the pipes change directions, most if not all will see that the pipes are shuttered into square concreted holes in the ground.

Each of these traps is effectively a small septic tank, and will fill up with the stuff from your toilet.

It is well worth getting a company like mentioned above to fill these holes, and make plastic half pipe shutes to connect the two waste pipes to give a smooth flow, and remove the build up in the trap.

Money well spent if you ask me.

Better still, if they fitted proper inspection chambers they'd be no need to build these stupid concrete manholes where the crap comes to a full stop

I'm afraid there are too many variables to give a cost without first seeing the property.

Interested in what you are saying here, not taking issue. Are you saying that the lavatory paper gets into the sea?

Johnw , over here definatley yes it does and it has a devastating effect on everything in the med, it kills slowly everything in the sea in a sediment which settles removing the oxygen and sunlight from anythig benieth it. steve

Just seen that you are in Chelsea Village. Not sure what the system is up there. Do you have a system which takes the waste straight into the sea?

Just about all the villas we have worked on have chambers which drain into a two chambered concrete cess pit. In these the solids, including the paper, stay in the first chamber, to be emptied from time to time, the fluids flow into the second chamber and then on out to the soak away. In this way, however unsatisfactory this method is, "only" waste "water" gets into the ground.

In these cases reforming the chambers so they do not block serves only to speed up progress to the cess pit which are then emptied by tankers every few years.

We have also reworked cess pits by adding inverts and added extra tanks with inverts to ensure that the waste water is "cleaner". Every bit helps.

Aeriabar Yes its the best simple and efficient system we have to date .but the wrong kind of toilet paper is a massive problem it should be banned, its like cement reforming changing a liquid to a solid even breaking massive machanical water sewage pumps .Just by not using tp can solve many problems...steve.

But they do, so it needs to be dealt with the best way possible.

Sorry, just realised that Rose changed to her Aeriabar login while I was away from the computer. Hard to keep track when sharing a computer.
