Thank you Hugh, Val, Tony and mechanic fellas at the garage. I sincerely appreciate your efforts and diligence to diagnose and correct whatever issue I am experiencing with my vehicle at any given time. You guys are brilliant! Your next venture should be schooling other entrepreneurs and their staff in customer service because you guys have mastered it! I am a very happy client! Thanks again.

I cannot agree more. We bought our car from Tiga earlier this year and when there was a problem it was fixed very quickly and efficiently. Brilliant firm.

i would say tiga trading has the best customer and after sales service in the area

it's just a shame that other companys cannot follow suit

Hi Sue,

If you were to take the mountain route to Ercan, that goes past Five Finger Mountain, you will find Tiga Trading on the left just before the roundabout that joins that road to the Lefkosia to Famagusta road.

Another VERY satisfied Tiga customer. Hugh, Tony, Val - all lovely people who have the best customer relations EVER. In the UK if you owned a Mercedes/Rolls Royce you would not get the standard of service or after care that Tiga offer. Don't expect to see them that often though because their cars are so dam good - but they make it clear you can just pop in for coffee if you passing - what other garage make that offer !!!!!

We brought our car from Tiga at the beginning of the year and was surprised at the way Tony, Hugh and Val treated us you would have thought we were family visiting them not there to buy a car the service was great and so are they.

As tinyperson said just call in for a coffee if you are passing in england all the salespeople want is your money, I feel we have made 3 new friends at Tiga and would recommend anybody buying a car to go to them first.

you were one of the lucky ones ?

I gave up waiting and they live near me- even took my car away and brought it back no repairs with usual jargon will search over the other side !!

over 9-10months zilch and when I got the repairs done saw Hugh and he said -"we could have done that "

There are other garages I have since found and have had a new engine, radiator, water pump and many others all under the bonnet- took car in Friday picked it up Tuesday all done and fantastic and told Hugh where the garage was so he could advise Tony etc where parts could be acquired from?

My experience is one of the few no doubt but living so close do not know why no back up from him and also £2K of work ?

This is again a brief scenario and I am sure the replies will flood in so make them polite remembering this is an adult site!! not like some of the silly replies I have read.
