| Been with Superonline for years and years. Just once in a time there is a glitch but I have remained faithful to it as it has been the cheapest going. Maybe something wrong with installation. Go back to where you got it and moan and shout and wave your fists and cry, or whatever it takes for them to make sure all will be well. |

| We had that problem.....had it installed then the following day it stopped working. We got a Turkish mate to ring Kıbrisonline....they said that we got a 1 day free period but then we had to go to the shop (next to Mr Pound) and pay for the service (we paıd for the 1 month 129 tl) BUT they tried charging us stupid anmounts of money until we showed them the red n white flyer that advertised the offer!!! |

Will go tomorrow, seems as though they are shut today.
We were told that we have to pay the whole year upfront to take up the offer on the flyer, but got a weeks free trial before I did.
Seems like Laconic are trying it on.
How are you finding the service? |

You mention Laconic, but I have always found them to be really caring, although sometimes not quite up to British standards, but then this IS Cyprus, and with a smile and a bit of understanding, one normally gets there in the end. And yes, I have always paid a year in advance. It is cheaper and I don't have to worry about paying up.
But I really do hope all is now well and you have another umpteen weeks of happy 'surfing'# |
