| As Tiga company we feel the need to try and clear up any ambiquity which may have arisen regarding our overall performance in the different aspects of our business activities. We never lay claims to being 'perfect', there is no such thing as perfection, especially in TRNC. This is why we always pass on our business motto of 'İf we please you please tell others, if not, then please tell us! Companies and individuals in a county like TRNC can only be as good as the availability of human resources. We always make a point of telling clients that whatever works are carried out by Tiga Technical Departments carry our warranty and if the works carried out are not 100% to client satisfaction Tiga undertake to rectify all faults at no extra cost to the client. Unfortunately we are not blessed with an abundance of endless talent in this county but our overall performance according to a huge percentage of our clients suggests that we are doing better than most others cont. |

| Hugh is not a technical person. He is in charge of marketing and PR work. The fact that he provides a door to door service to most clients is purely a matter of courtesy and is undertaken to provide client satisfaction, to claim that he is called upon to pass judgement on technical matters and does not duly oblige is very unfair. On technical problems Hugh will suggest that clients obtain an opinion from the appropriate department and he will provide assistance by providing a courtesey car while the clients vehicle is receiving attention. One particular criticism that caught my attention is that 'Tiga' has broken a window, yet I distinctly remember the same client being so pleased with the paintwork carried out that he asked me to summon 'the guy who did the job' and thanked him personally for the excellent work, no mention of a broken window. I would like to reiterate that we are not perfect so please accept our errors as genuine mistakes, but do not forget, we stand behind our word

| Hi Tony, yes good response. I have dealt with you guys for the past two and a half years, pre Tiga, and have never had one moments regrets in my choice of dealers. As the old saying goes ' you will never please all of the people all of the time ' but my guess is you come pretty close!!! Geoff. |

| Tiga trading may not be perfect but they are 99.99999% close to it. Curteous , welcoming, efficient are but a few of their attributes. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Their customers are well looked after and not ripped off. We bought from Tiga and would never look anywhere else. Well done to Tony and all at Tiga , you have our votes. Robin and Jane |

| Both Tony and Hugh great chaps. No pressure but good helpful advice. Pleased we chose to do buisness with them.Feel confident that we have back up if we should need it Would definitely recomend Tiga Trading |
