I know and Im sorry that its not related to the TRNC, but every year there is a race to be the No 1 for the music charts, now since X factor and Britian got talent its usually the winner from one of the shows. I know a lot hear watch X factor so who is going to do it this year xI am so behind as cant watch any of them or know whos who any more in the music industry. I only know subo xx. apc i know my sister loved him whilst i adored elvis. I admire his tenacity. Meet him a few times during my flying days. Nice Guy.Oh dont worry I taste has evolved so much but not quite to amy Winehouse yet . I do like some of Lady GaGa though xxxxxxxxxxx. Music is Music it can touch your heart and your soul. You know when you were younger could your remember your times table but play a song you liked and your brain will bring the words to you. I play all sorts in the restaurant and I may dance with the dog but I remember all the words from years and years ago . Have a good night love xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Lilli, I think you would love Matt, he is so ordinary, could be the chap next door, Utube him singing The first time ever I saw your face, I think it wil send shivers down your spine.....he is in his 30's so not a baby......Rebecca has an amazing voice, a bit like Elkie Brooks, but no so much stage presence....a bit wooden to look at, and then there is the boy band, but I am too old to appreciate boy bands these days, they look as if they are still at primary school!! The one that was voted out tonight was Cher, a wrapper with attitude, but very different from anything that has been obn before, she definately has a future.........will let you know the final winner tomorrow!!

Jan thinks it may be mefor No 1. With my Wolverhampton accent version of Slade,s Christmas Hit.

I should be OK at that, I speak the same, or should I say spake the same. I sang it last night with Steve the DJ from Ayai Napa.

They reckoned it was good ( I reckon they where p-------d) or deaf ,or both

I have a theory - that the people who watch X Factor, and programs like that, don't go and watch live music.

Unfortunately a few weeks ago our flight as delayed from Manchester, and was to be the last flight out of terminal 2. They put on X Factor and we had to watch the first three acts before it was announced for us to board. Everyone agreed that we were lucky only to have only had to watch a few minutes of this rubbish...

John Cage's 4 minutes and 33 seconds. I gather it is going to be released.

Biffy Clyro's 'Many of Horror' (re-badged as 'When We Collide') is an excellent song and Matt's rendition is very good but it's not really a Christmas song... is it? It appears to deal with domestic violence and the like...

I would have preferred to see Coldplay's 'Christmas Lights' win out.
