Hiya Tom nice to hear from you, has a year really passed. Xmas eve our lovely buffet with mulled wine, Christmas day day traditional, boxing day special brunch, smoked salmon with poached eggs with hollandaise sauce and much much more

Christmas day:



Smoked Salmon with scrambled eggs and chive

Or

Ravioli with buffalo mozzarella and spinach in a delicate wine and tomato sauce served with fresh basil.



Court bouillon style vegetable minestrone



Traditional Christmas Roast turkey served with cranberry, bread sauce, accompanied by the all festive trimmings

Or

Roast pork with apple sauce and all the trimmings served with Yorkshire pudding and cracklings



To follow



Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy custard

Or

Fruit jelly with crème Brule served in a pink champagne and cream sauce

Eve Msg 7 - we intend to be as long as we can get to the airport and the plane flies (you know how badly british airports & highways plan for snow).

Hi Aston i was going to email sadly you do not show your address. It looks like we will have to cancel boxing day as we had a party from uk booked in for it, sadly they are stuck in the UK and I fear they will not make it.
