Can't believe what fosterscan is advising .... if you do as he says Deniz1 then be prepared to see your bank account systematically emptied, and don't look to the bank for compensation - it won't happen.

Deniz1 - I agree with greenman. Did you enter a competition to win the £500?

If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

I'd avoid like the plage anything like this that requests bank details.

Of course it's a scam - don't reply to it

I can't believe you would ask advice on this forum to give your bank details to anyone, and for fosterscan to say go for it, is just unbelievable.

Scams are not funny and should not be laughed at!

Although it seems like we are all wise enough not to fall for such foolishness there are many that do!

I think this was a great post to remind us all that there are nasty people out there that want our money and will get up to all sorts of tricks to con us. So stay vigilant and follow the wisdom in post 8.

Not forgetting the scam out of spain informing you that you have won the Gordo Lotto without even buying a ticket or the one out of Nigeria claiming that they have millions of petrol dolars they wish to deposit in your bank account.
