There is a place on the Karaoglonoglu Industrial Park that has a huge range of granite and who cut and finish to size. Even if they don't do fitting, and you can't yourself, they are sure to know a man who can. My friend removed his current worktops and took them in as a template - the new ones were perfect.

To get there from Karsiyaka, head into Girne, take the 2nd right turn after the GAU turn. It is almost immediately on your left.

Cyprus marble also did mine - great job but make sure they do the cutting outside! they cut the sink opening in the kitchen, that was 3 months ago and I'm still clearing up dust!

Lou Lou. You may wish to ensure that whoever fits the granite tops rests them on a soft, absolutely level surface, underlay, such as thin sheets of polystyrene as, if there is any settlement of the units underneath due to the weight, it can lead to cracking of the granite. This has happened to the granite of some of our friends which had only cardboard/newspapers underneath.
