May i suggest Donaghy and Beyler, they maintain several large and small sites with full transparency for site bank accounts, to show where your money is being spend etc

can agree with cooper here dusty



been on kavanlar1 since the start ,so has meps.

they do a very good job in maintaining the whole site .



go take a look around and see for yourself. or ring bahar on the numbers cooper provided and she will show you around .



they are in it for the long haul ,not just take the money for a year or two

We are more than happy with Lynx, very professional, courteous and extremely helpfull.



However my advice would be to visit the sites Management companies manage ,speak to several owners on site for any feedback they are willing to give. Hope this helps !! Good luck.

my advice would be stick to a Company that is conversant and will stick to the FLOOR OWNERSHIP AND FLOOR EASEMENT LAW for communal sites -



Following this law will avoid all disputes and will mean you will have to set up an elected committe and work with the appointed Maintenance Company so that all the laws are followed, and protects both you and the appointed Management Company. You will then have a contract in place along with a service level agreement then you will all be singing off the same hymn sheet from the start



A good grounding to start off with saves all the heartache of others that have suffered under the hands of bad Companies.



There are good ones out there that will follow this law
