Tonight is a prime example of an idiot/drunk member who thinks moderators are not watching, well done to No 1.

I will not miss 44 for the next month I'm away which is a shame as in the past I would have. I just hope that certain idiots will not make Cyprus 44 something to avoid.

To the majority I wish you a very merry Christmas & a happy new year.

To the idiots/multi personalities and people who think they can bring down 44, I feel sorry you want to do this, but 44 will go on & on despite you.

its not rocket science ..people on line are listed at the top of the page ..............the reason people taunt the admin/moderators(I heard) is because their opinions are not equal ...for example 2 threads that admin were commenting on were closed by other admin ...????

I give the mods top marks today for watching and responding with the fast removal of a thread. Full respect to whoever was responsible.Top marks too. It may happen again at some point, lets hope not ! such is life and things are changing..Life is full of highs and lows.

apc2010 - so, you will admit to the fact that people 'taunt' the admin/moderators? Yes, they do. I have to say that I do not envy the Mods; they have a job to do and it's a pretty thankless task. However, virtually every day we see the same "posters" coming on here under a different "nom de plume". I don't know how you stop this happening, but it's bloody annoying. There is one (some) on here and to be quite honest I don't know how he keeps track - as I've said before, it's not easy having a 3/4 way conversation with yourself. What is more surprising is the fact that he isn't particularly articulate



In fact, at times, he borders on the illiterate.

everybody can read the "digs" at mods .....see xmas tree joke thread .....but the admin need to be seen to agree ..the thread I mentioned about a management company Elko was debating ..then simbas closed it ....another one No 1 doyen was chatting ..then harold closed it .....that is the problem as I see it...

If you are to have truly impartial mods on here then they should never post ot the forum but moderate the board incognito, cos lets face it some of the ones moderating on here now are right pillocks and biased.

But what attracts people to this board that they keep on coming back to it is the bitching and in fighting and sh1t stirring, and story telling, its like Corrie, most are addicted and cant let it go, and some suckers even donated money to it, I personally think theres only about 300 people who use it regular and about a third of them at least have more than one name

Ive been on this board for 3 years and never been banned till the last few weks cos I dared to be impolite to a pipsqueak who is the rudest most obnoxious person on the board when she wants to be but is all stwaberries-n-cweam at other times, with her where do i find this, how much is that, ooooo I must twy that, must weccommend this or that, pure pi*h

Couldn't understand Simbas decision on that one either ??

Apc , msg 5 , firstly , on that particular topic the decision was not made by me alone , it was a majority decision made by the mods , secondly because Ismet had been debating he asked to be excused , Thirdly I just happened to close it .

Mods were incognito , there were just a few of us then , we all happened to be away at the same time , when all hell was let loose by a few troublesome members , of course members were upset and baying for blood wanting to know who the moderators were , and why hadn't they made themselves known . Look back and read it for yourself , it's all there . So you see you really can't please people can you
